    Tues., Sept .5    General teacher introduction, pass out planners and Shakespeare folders, and introduce Lying Game Activity.  All students will share on Wednesday.  The activity is worth 25 points.

    Wed., Sept. 6     Student sharing through Lying Game activity.

    Thurs., Sept. 7    Students complete sharing activity. Give students classroom rules and expectations.  Letter to teacher assigned.  Letter is worth 25 points and due Friday.

    Fri, Sept. 8    Introduce vocabulary words from The Pigman.  Introduce young adult novel The Pigman.  Assign chapters 1-3 for Monday, if time allows.

    Introduce MWF journaling to students. Introduce vocabulary words from The Pigman.  Do a practice AoW (Article of the Week) on the Smart Board. (We will begin Spelling City next week.)
